1. How To Book

Each tour on our Tours page can be reserved directly from its own tour page, or by reaching out to us through our Contact Us page. We recommend booking a few days in advance, especially during peak season.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team, including your tour date, pickup time, and meeting point. Please check your details carefully and let us know right away if anything looks incorrect.

3. Payment Methods

We accept a range of payment methods depending on the booking channel, which may include online payment, bank transfer, or cash payment on the day of the tour. Accepted methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

4. Group Size

Most tours are available for solo travelers, couples, and small groups. Larger groups can usually be accommodated with advance notice — please mention your group size when booking so we can arrange enough guides and motorbikes.

5. Age & Health Requirements

Guests of all ages are welcome, though young children should be accompanied by an adult and may require a suitable child seat, which can be arranged on request. Please let us know about any health conditions that may affect your ability to join a motorbike tour.

6. Pickup & Meeting Point

Pickup details are shared with you after booking, and may include hotel pickup or a fixed meeting point depending on your location and the tour selected.

7. Changes To Your Booking

If you need to change your tour date, time, or group size after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may be affected by our FAQs or Cancellation & Refund Policy depending on timing.

8. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup, as late arrivals may shorten your tour time or, in some cases, result in a missed booking. If you’re running late, contact us as early as possible.
