Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change — here’s how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for DaNangOnMotorBike tours.

1. Cancellation By You

If you need to cancel your tour, please let us know as early as possible through our Contact Us page or the contact details used at booking. Cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility may vary by tour and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made within the eligible window are generally refunded in full. Cancellations made after the deadline, or no-shows on the day of the tour, are typically not eligible for a refund, as guides and resources have already been arranged for your tour.

3. Rescheduling

If you’d prefer to change your tour date rather than cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation By Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or postpone a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling to another date or receiving a full refund.

5. Bad Weather

Light rain is common in Da Nang and tours generally continue as planned with appropriate rain gear. In the event of severe weather that makes a tour unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a refund as outlined above.

6. Late Arrival & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If you arrive significantly late or do not show up without prior notice, your booking may be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used at booking, and may take a number of business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
